After graduating from Brooklyn College with my B.S in Biology & Health and Nutrition Science, I decided to trade in my lab coat for a chef's coat and follow my true passion of creating delicious food inspired by the love and flavors of my childhood. Food has always been apart of my life. From birthdays at my grandmother's house to cookouts in my aunt's backyard. Food has a special way of uniting people. I am grateful for my mother, the beautiful face of our logo, who taught me how to add just the right amount of seasoning to everything I make. My dream in launching a catering business is to add a personal touch to your special moments, by providing you and your guests with a food experience filled with love in every bite. I am so grateful for the courage to dive into my passion and continually challenge myself to create exciting new flavors to delight your tastebuds. I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for God and the generous support of my family and friends.
